Thin weight adhesive is used to bond items which have tight areas and crevice cracks where wicking is needed to flow into and under sections to form a repair.
Medium weight adhesive is used to bond items which have a semi-smooth surface such as naugahyde, cardboard, leather or vinyl.
Heavy weight adhesive is used to bond items which have a semi-smooth to rough surface such as wood, loose veneer, porcelain, etc.
